  2. How are you relating to others? Do you walk away from interactions with others feeling connected or drained? How valued, engaged and inspired do people feel after interacting with you?

  3. How are you relating to groups? How do you go about listening to your team or organization? How well do you set the context for action, and communicate your vision?

  4. How are you relating to systems and your environment? How skilled are you in spotting system-wide breakdowns? How efficiently do you prioritize and channel resources where they will make the greatest impact?

And then, the fun begins.
